The registration process of this association is as follows：
- Step1 Register and Login to TCCT.
- Step2 Find EI2 2019 Conference Registration.
- Step3 Finish the financial Registration.
After registration, you can
- Benefit 1 Enjoy 8 keynote speeches and 16 special Panel Sessions.
- Benefit 2 Upload one accepted final paper.
- Benefit 3 Book the Venue Hotel on discount.
Please notice that every accepted paper must be registered individually before publication. Besides, welcome to join IEEE members to enjoy membership discounts. The IEEE Membership Conference registration fee is RMB 3000 per paper before 8th October 2019 (including 8th). After that the registration fee raises up to RMB 3600 per paper (the effective IEEE membership number need to be supplied). Please register and login to TCCT conference submission system http://cms.amss.ac.cn to completes the conference registration of EI2 2019 and pays registration fee. If the registration is finished, the final submission can be submitted.
Moreover, according to IEEE regulations, papers will not be published and EI indexed if registration is not completed on time or papers are not displayed in the venue (posters display is acceptable).
